Attachments working session

Sam Padgett summarized problems discussed last week on current attachment draft.
Steve Speicher notes this is a general problem combining RDF data with non-RDF data.
Steve Speicher proposed an alternative approach of performing a HEAD on the attachment URI to see a link header for a described by URI.
Next steps are to investigate these approaches further and try to align with W3C linked data profile workgroup where it makes sense.
