Minutes

Sam reviews state changes, state predicates deprecated.

Brian S comments that state property should probably be One-or-many instead of Zero-or-many.

Proposal to change oslc_cm:In-progress to oslc_cm:InProgress.

Steve suggested we look revisit the Change Management of Requirements scenario to make sure the 3.0 changes still support it, incorporating the multi-state query and state transitions.

Action Item: Put in placeholder for attachments in 3.0 draft.
