1. need new teleconference facility

   • Rainer & Nils suggested we try with AdobeConnect/VoIP. It should work for people in the US.
   • Steve - it has worked, but it depends if some people have a bad connection.
   • decided to go with VoIP/AdoveConnect
   • Action: Update telco details on Wiki with new teleconference details.
   • Action: Update calendar invitation with new teleconference details.

2. I have a clash at next meeting (5th Sept). Can someone else host?

   • Rainer is also on vacation. Nils is happy to skip.
   • Decided to cancel 5th Sept meeting.
   • Action: Update wiki front page and make sure it is clear that we skip next meeting.
   • Action: Cancel 5th Sept meeting in the calendar invitation.

   • Discussion on the “traceability” scenario - alterative1.
   • Action: Present how SystemDesk works? Maybe a demo. Or even some screen shots.
   • Action: Further develop which resources we get out of the first alternative of the “traceability” scenario.
