Agenda

  1. House-keeping stuff (wiki, forums, mailinglist, etc.)
    • Jad Question: where & how to best keep working documents? (that is, draft documents that still need to be changed. and where a wiki page is not practical)
  2. Discuss the preparation of formal election for the User Group lead. Suggestion by Rainer:

    • Announce the election on the wiki - for a meeting in May/June
    • invite people to register and attend the session for which the election is planned
    • Ask people to send names of candidate to you (interim lead) and publish the names on the wiki
    • At the election meeting, I would simply ask the attendees for the votes per nominee (simple majority wins).
  3. Proposal to Submit an ES user group poster at IBM Innovate conference June 1-7

  4. Define high level Use Case(s)
