Minutes for 2013-02-19

We reviewed the minutes from previous meeting; no issues were raised.
We agreed to remove the extra layer in configurations, between the config metadata and the member aggregation/collection, since the Linked Data Platform has a standard way of getting the non-member properties.
We discussed the links between configurations and baselines that were derived from or merged into those configurations. We agreed that if configurations were treated as versioned resources, the normal provenance links could be used to describe such properties, and no additional vocabulary was needed.
Action items:
- Nick to write wording on streams, and to describe dependencies between configurations
- Nick to write up change set suggestions - links from cs to artifact
