Minutes
Attending: Michael Fiedler, Charles Rankin, Heather Dube-Fraser, David Liu, Chad Holliday, Subhajit Bhuiya, Martin Pain, Umberto Caselli, John Abbott, Paul McMahan, John Arwe,
- Execution Environment scenario
- discussed the design (Automation Plan association) vs execution (Automation Request association) aspects of this
- usage of new resource vs existing parameters. Parameters seem suited for things expected to change. At the Automation Plan level, the Execution Environments are unlikely to change in the plan. The resources they represent could have their own lifecycles.
- Automation Template scenarios
- John Arwe and Umberto Caselli have an updated/more RESTful proposal they will share
- Based on that, possibly raise at an upcoming Core meeting
- TODO: Mike Fiedler will put links to V2 and V3 scenarios on the mailing list
- TODO: Charles Rankin and Martin Pain will put some teardown scenario ideas and proposals on the mailing list w.r.t. generic automation plans for teardown and other topics.
- V3 Spec timeframes
- requested info from workgroup members whether there was any particular time pressure
- consensus among those present was that there are none known right now.
- Look more closely at Core V3 dates. Alignment not required, but may be desireable.
