When to use Dropbox
We should aim to put all content directly on open-services.net. If content is not yet complete, it can be marked as “in progress”.
In some cases, there is a need to put files on Dropbox:
- A file needs to be edited often, while maintaining the latest version available for others to view/edit. It becomes combersome to contineously upload new versions to the website.
- A file should not be made public (yet), since it is not ready to be shared even with a “in progress” tag on it.
