On the EclipseCon 2012 site, there are a number of proposed sessions about OSLC.
First, Joseph Leong has a discussion about how a small team used the Change Management specification to integrate JIRA with other ALM products.
Next, Michael Fiedler and Steve Speicher have a workshop that will walk you through (including examples and tests) using Eclipse Lyo to add OSLC interfaces to Bugzilla.
Finally, Michael and Steve also have a session about tips and tools (including Eclipse Lyo) for getting started with developing with OSLC. They will also discuss how to participate in the Lyo project and the OSLC community.
