Meeting 22nd Feb 2010 (4PM UTC) Agenda

AOB

Apologies: SimonWills,DominicTulley

Attendees: IanGreen, RainerE, DaveJohnson, JeremyDick, JimConallen, ScottBosworth, TorgeKummerow

Minutes

DaveJohnson: OSLC Core specification (query, service description, resource shape, linking).

OSLC RM will help identify core requirements. We identified x-topic issues during V1.0 that we need to surface in V2.0

IanGreen took action to investigate the AM link type spec and see how it would "fit" RM usage.

ScottBosworth: assume that most topics will build on the core specifications.

ScottBosworth: PLE activity want to hear from CM and RM topics - catch up with what's available, what's been done, what we're trying to do during 2010. Invitation open to other RM members.

JeremyDick: presented RmTraceabilityScenarioToCapabilityMapping. Good discussion around this topic. IanGreen took action to look into how we might introduce new "types" of artefact into the resource model (for example, "evidence", and "argument" resources). Discussion around "traceability graph" as a distinct RM resource was met with some concern - It was understood that an RM system must expose enough resource so that such a graph could be constructed by a client (that is, that the traceability is accessible) but that the need (at this stage of our traceability scenario effort) to surface such a resource across OSLC interfaces was not clear.

Next Working Group meeting (on traceability: Friday 26th 3PM UTC)

Next General Meeting 8th March, 4PM UTC.

Topic revision: r2 - 22 Feb 2010 - 17:21:09 - IanGreen
