Update on PLM Versioning Proposal and discuss feedback

• ACTION: Ensure/add something in process to ensure samples are valid (perhaps something we can provide twiki var)
• Nick believes SCM spec in correct form may not be appropriate to align with but should work through these concepts, namely versions and variants to ensure we better aligned with RDF concepts
• Steve/Gray to determine when best to come back with an update
