ScottFairbrother reported that business partners need to understand the value of the REST interfaces while direct DB access is readily available. This is related to solicitate more vendor participation.

3. Use Case Discussion
- It was identified that we need to start the use cases with a section on what is the motivation behind the need to have an open RESTful API for Reporting.
- Action item: StevePitschke and BenjaminWilliams to draft this motivation section.
- Action item: BenjaminWilliams to draft document gen. high level use case.
- Action item: TackTong to add a terminology section.
- Action item: Tack to update ReportingUseCases
- remove assumption of ETL; should only reference as an example
- separate reporting system design and report/template design
