2. ScottFairbrother reported that business partners need to understand the value of the REST interfaces while direct DB access is readily available. This is related to solicitate more vendor participation.

Action Item: TackTong to arrange off-line call to discuss and address this. (TackTong, ScottFairbrother, XiangDongHu) TackTong to consult ArthurRyman on his experience with the OSLC Software Estimation workgroup.

3. Use Case Discussion

• It was identified that we need to start the use cases with a section on what is the motivation behind the need to have an open RESTful API for Reporting.
• Action item: StevePitschke and BenjaminWilliams to draft this motivation section.
• Action item: BenjaminWilliams to draft document gen. high level use case.
