Inaugural Meeting - February 16th 2010 11am Eastern Time /5pm CET Kick off for an OSLC PLM Workgroup

Agenda:

  1. Role call and introductions and some initial declaration of interest e.g. Org, responsibilities, interesting activities, expected outcome
  2. Proposed scope and target outcomes including if possible items to put out of scope
  3. Establish context within workgroup best practices
  4. Review OSLC terms of use and participant responsibilities/agreement for contributions
  5. Potential scenarios and criteria to select PLM or System lifecycle concerns
  6. Identify existing activity towards initial list of scenarios
  7. Discuss and establish 1st mission statement and workgroup roles
  8. Identify where to collaborate, when, how
  9. Promotion to build up a wider workgroup
  10. Initial conclusions and communication
  11. Next steps
