   1 Role call and introductions and some initial declaration of interest e.g. Org, responsibilities, interesting activities, expected outcome
   1 Proposed scope and target outcomes including if possible items to put out of scope
   1 Establish context within workgroup best practices
   1 Review OSLC terms of use and participant responsibilities/agreement for contributions
   1 Potential scenarios and criteria to select PLM or System lifecycle concerns
   1 Identify existing activity towards initial list of scenarios
   1 Discuss and establish 1st mission statement and workgroup roles
   1 Identify where to collaborate, when, how
   1 Promotion to build up a wider workgroup
   1 Initial conclusions and communication
   1 Next steps
