Issue-37 Need for alt/title on icons - Bill Andreas

• Agree to address this, need to agree on this.
• Most agree with just adding the 2 elements. Poll implementations to make sure we don't break anything.
• Check will Bill if there are any possible additions.

Issue-38 Suggested improvements to representations samples - John Arwe

• Consider moving the resource definitions from RDF/XML to common area.
• Ensure examples validate and are attached.
