Common Link Properties - UNAPPROVED DRAFT

ISSUE: now that we've defined links as unidirectional and untyped, do we really need a common registry of properties? Do we really have examples of link types that are used in multiple domains?

This section provides a set of common link properties for use across OSLC specifications. When OSLC workgroups need to specify properties to express relationships, they should look to this list first and use one of the common properties if appropriate.
