Notes from Meeting

Policy management functions should take place within the scenarios.

The scenarios we are describing will execute in the context of the lifecycles. For a given asset type, a sample lifecycle could be:

• development org submits/modifies an asset
• asset participates in QA review
• asset participates in Legal review
• asset participates in UAT review
• operations team signs off the asset
• operations monitors, reports on asset
• development org declares asset to be retired
• development org retires the asset

As the scenarios mature, consider using sequence diagrams. Also, describe in the scenario what information is required, optional, extended.

To Do

• [Grant, Jaimin] Clean up scenarios to include policy management.
• [Grant] Clean up the Milestone section to indicate milestone activities occurring in parallel and not in waterfall style.
• [Grant] Create section to describe end-user lifecycles; where the end-user can be the organization. The scenarios we are describing will execute in the context of the lifecycles.
