Minutes

Attendees: Ian, Dominic, Scott, Dave, Andy, Oliver, Rainer, Torge, George, Steve, Randy

Andy: need to be careful to conflate different concepts under the term "work item".

What is distinction between QCR and Defect? Need clarification from Brenda.

Steve and Scott to take a look at these scenarios and understand the relationship to RM.

Are there two trace relationships - RM -> implementation and RM -> tests?

Rainer: RCR & QCR is too specific. we won't lose anything wiht more general term "S2: change request". "S1: implementation request. Concern that we're overspecifying.

Steve: Distinction between differnent types of change cannot be made without some process to do that. Do we need a scenario for such deliberation?

Dominic: do we want to be general here, or have more specialist knowledge inside the specification?

Steve: scenarios actually consuming traceabilty.

Rainer: proposes that we go with scenarios A & B. These are sufficient to start. Scott agreed. Torge agreed. Dave agreed. Oliver. Randy. George, Steve.

Randy: Does scenario A work in an agile process? We should consider such styles of development. OSLC should not be process-specific.
