Discussed use of ems:Measure class to represent metric name, unit of measure, metric value.

Settled on http://open-services.net/ns/perfmon as namespace and pm as prefix for Performance Monitoring vocabulary.

Question from Jacob about whether to put unit of measure in observation or in meta data definition of metric.

Action: More investigation of ems vocabulary, e.g. how did they define ems:Duration?

Question from Janet about how to indicate to clients that some monitoring records of associated with different recordTypes that are properties of the same resource instance.

Action: Jacob to come back next time with a proposal
