  • Quickly reviewed first 2 options
    • attribute on Request only
    • no attributes - client must handle either asynchronous or synchronous results
  • More in depth discussion on the newest option
    • attribute on both Plan and Request
    • enables scenarios for both flexible and restricted consumers and service providers
    • removes ambiguity on how a particular request will be executed
    • highlights the need to provide guidance on how synchronous style can be implemented
  • Next steps
    • Update spec to provisionally include the description of these attributes and how they are processed
    • Get additional reviews
    • Get guidance from core on whether these attributes are appropriate as experimental
