We discussed convergence/finalization plan. Consensus was to set finalization date for late May so that we have some time to start implementations, start re-basing specs and to work out the glitches.

We also covered the Rich Text issue. I tried to capture the consensus on the issues page: "OPEN Should we really mandate XHTML for rich text fields? What about systems that support wiki syntax or just HTML? Response Make common properties dc:title and dc:description XML literal with type XHTML and recommend XHTML for rich text interchange, but beyond that no mandate. Once that is done in spec, mark this as deferred to ensure that we have some guidance on how to deal with text fields, rich text fields and wiki syntax (DaveJohnson 04/07/2010)"

   * DaveJohnson: Set date for delegated UI review next week
   * DaveJohnson: TackTong and ArthurRyman: new spec rev by Monday
