    1. Use Lyo reference implementation, give demo
    2. Review MDD Transformation scenario

Atendees: Gary Johnston, Clyde d Icuspit, Sandeep Katoch, Jim Conallen

Minutes

  1. No significant status update on core activities.
  2. Jim introduced the Rio reference implementation for oslc, demonstrating the current code base in the Eclipse Lyo project. Jim showed the AM, RM and CM implementations.
  3. Jim presented a pattern that can be used to initiate long running service processes that use, create and modify service provider managed resources.
    1. A quickly hacked up version of the RIO AM implementation was used to demonstration a simple MDD transformation of entities into source code.
  4. Discussions arose around the nature resources, and two cases for long running services arose. In the generic simple case, the implementation Jim showed could be used. But for transformations it was suggested that different resources types be leveraged including a transformation definition, a parameters configuration and a separate job resource.
  5. The workgroup collaborated over this image
