[oslc-website] Unable to open or refusing cookies

Hi,

We are unable to open http://open-services.net from our office (IP: 61.16.147.50). The error is: "This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies" and the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

It is redirecting automatically to http://open-services.net/403.shtml/

Will you please check and enable to accept our request?

This site is very important to us and we need to visit this site frequently.
