[oslc-website] OSLC Primer TOC / nav pane should remove Guidance

+1 on Steve's suggestion. Also, couple of other minor points:

  - would be great if there were some nagivation links on each page of the
primer (e.g. back, next)
  - on the What is OSLC page, there is an extraneous ">" in the OSLC
Technical Foundation section ("HTTP>" should be "HTTP")
