Hello OSLC Steering Committee,
4 "+1" responses have already been made in response to this proposal, and
so it is accepted. For those who have yet to reply, it is certainly worth
adding your "+1".
Dave, it would be especially good to know if the contingency plan for the
case where some companies can't get quotes in on time makes sense to you.
