Hi Sean and StC colleagues,

I changed my availability for the 16th 11am to "ifneedbe".

I'm presenting at the ARTEMIS standardization workgroup in Vienna, but the
meeting should be over at that time and I have a late flight back.
I hope I'll find a silent spot for the call. 

I'd still prefer another day if possible, since the 16th is my first day
after vacation and I might need some time to prepare our spending plan.

With 6 of 7 Steering Committee members having input their availability for
the week of September 16 [1], there are no times that work for everyone.

The best possible times are as follows:
Monday the 16th, 11 AM - 12:30 PM EDT: Rainer is the only one unavailable
Friday the 20th, 11 AM - 12:30 PM EDT: John is the only one unavailable

Options:
1. Rainer adjusts his schedule, or finds an alternate representative for
Siemens and we schedule the meeting for the 16th
2. John adjusts his schedule, or finds an alternate representative for IBM
and we schedule the meeting for the 20th
3. We do additional doodles for the weeks of September 9 and September 23
