Hi StC members,
Sean pointed out that I should have better done this via the public StC mailing list.
Please respond to this e-mail with your vote "so that we have a complete record of the proposal and its approval."
Sorry, for sending it twice now.
Bye and have a nice day
Rainer

Dear StC members,

please find enclosed the proposal for our first OSLC User Group and 4 support letters.
The charter is based on the template we agreed on in our 1303 StC Meeting.
If you approve the creation of this User Group, please respond with a +1 to this e-mail

@Sean, when we have enough positive votes to accept the proposal,
could you please check with Lee to setup the wiki.
The user group wants to meet first time next Friday (guest are welcome).

For the topic "Clear statement that the User Group will not generate any patentable materials"
the response in the proposal: "the User Group will not generate any patentable materials"
is good enough for now. Later we need a more legal proof statement, when the user group charters
are posted on the Wiki. Any idea where we can get/copy this from?

Bye and have a nice day
Rainer
