[Oslc-steeringcommittee] Proposal for next meeting date and time

Unfortunately we didn't get to cover the topic of the next meeting on the
call today, but I hope (and think) we can close this with minimal effort by
email.

Proposal: October 22, 4 PM London time (11 AM EDT, 8 AM PDT)
This will make it a partial face-to-face meeting as there are already plans
for (at least) half the Steering Committee to meet at the EADS office in
London that day.

Please respond by Wednesday, October 3 if this time is NOT possible for
you.
