[Oslc-steeringcommittee] Update on F2F meeting proposal for 1Q 2013

I'm happy to say that I'll be able to attend most or all of the OSLC Steering committee meeting in person as I'll be in London all of Monday and Tuesday morning.  Looking forward to it,
