[Oslc-steeringcommittee] doodling for a date to give the community an update via webcast

Hello OSLC Steering Committee:

I hope you are well prepared for a good break over Christmas and New Years
(if you haven't already started one!).

I hope too that you'll be able to find some time, either while you're
winding down this year, or before next year really gets wound up, to
complete the doodles you have not yet replied to, and to revisit the ones
you have.
Hmmm ... I guess that means I'm asking you to look at them all. :-)

If you have already replied, please take another look at all the places
where you've answered "No". Unless it is *completely impossible* for you to
make that time, please change your answer to "(Yes)", a.k.a. "If-Need-Be".

I would like to get these meetings onto your calendars as soon as possible.
At the very least nailing down the 1Q2013 meetings and the webcast slot by
early January.

Dear OSLC Steering Committee members,

The OSLC Steering Committee should give an update to the community on what
its been up to, and take any questions too.
A webcast for the "end of February" is proposed.
A 1 hour webcast is sufficient. Usually 4 PM GMT is the best time for
getting community members from Europe to the US West Coast to attend live.

Please add your availability to this doodle [1] so that we can find a day
where everyone can make it.
Note: unless the date is "right out", or you already have a meeting booked
at that time that CANNOT be moved, please use the "(Yes)" aka "If-Need-Be"
feature of doodle to indicate availability for times when you are not
available.

P.S.: please complete the doodles for 1H 2013 meetings [2] in the same
manner.
