[Oslc-steeringcommittee] doodling for a date to give the community an update via webcast

Dear OSLC Steering Committee members,

The OSLC Steering Committee should give an update to the community on what
its been up to, and take any questions too.
A webcast for the "end of February" is proposed.
A 1 hour webcast is sufficient. Usually 4 PM GMT is the best time for
getting community members from Europe to the US West Coast to attend live.

Please add your availability to this doodle [1] so that we can find a day
where everyone can make it.
Note: unless the date is "right out", or you already have a meeting booked
at that time that CANNOT be moved, please use the "(Yes)" aka "If-Need-Be"
feature of doodle to indicate availability for times when you are not
available.

P.S.: please complete the doodles for 1H 2013 meetings [2] in the same
manner.
