Thanks Mik.

That gives 4 +1s for this proposal which carries the 2/3 majority
requirement.

I believe that both John and Bola are out of the office. John, certainly 
is,
and I think it fair to believe that he supports this effort since he
discussed it with Rainer before Rainer emailed everyone.
