[Oslc-steeringcommittee] FYI: location of Communications WG backlog on the new wiki

In preparation for the coming further implementation of the new governance
model, many wiki pages of the Communications WG have been moved to the new
wiki [1], including the backlog of activities to promote OSLC [2].
