[Oslc-steeringcommittee] next meeting: when are you available on August 14?

As mentioned on the last call I'll be at the Agile Conference on August 14th
and will not be able to attend the meeting.  Sean suggested that I have a
proxy attend, and that will be Lucas Panjer of Tasktop, who has been closely
involved with our OSLC implementations.
