[oslc-scm] Today's meeting

Just confirming that we will have a meeting at 12 noon Pacific today, but 
I might be a little late starting the call since I am in another call 
right before noon.

The agenda is to resolve all the open SCM issues, to look at the next 
steps for completion of SCM 1.0, and to start considering topics for SCM 
2.0.
