[oslc-scm] Updated scenarios

I have updated the wiki pages to discuss just the SCM services, removing 
the build services to a separate page for possible future discussion by a 
seaprate workgroup.  I have added some Synergy 'examples' (currently, 
those are more discussions of features that could be used to provide the 
required services than they are examples, but I expect to continue work on 
those in the next few days), and I have added an SCM terminology table 
page, using WVCM terms as the initial point of comparison.  I have not yet 
highlighted all the terms in the existing story pages; again, I expect to 
do so in the next couple of days.

I invite you all to read the revised story pages and comment.

I invite the ClearCase and RTC experts to add terminology from those 
products to  the terminology table, and possibly to add some equivalent 
'examples'.
