[oslc-scm] SCM scenarios on wiki

I have now posted some more detailed descriptions of the initial SCM 
scenarios on the wiki at 
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/SCMUseCases.  I have added some 
comments and questions in italic, and added comment boxes at the bottom of 
each scenario page; there are of course many more details and issues to be 
resolved than just those addressed by my comments, but what I've posted 
should work as a starting point.

Please review these pages before our meeting on Wednesday, and add any 
comments and questions of your own.  As noted in the agenda I've posted on 
the meeting page on the wiki, I expect to discuss these scenarios in more 
detail during our meeting.
