[oslc-scm] Minutes of OSLC SCM meeting held 2009-10-21

The minutes of the SCM working group meeting held on October 21st are 
available at http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/ScmMeeting20091021; 
the next meeting will be held this coming Wednesday November 4th, when we 
will discuss the new merged drill-down report scenario described in those 
minutes.  I have not yet updated the wiki pages to reflect the previous 
meeting's discussions and this new merged scenario, but will do so before 
the end of today.
