That’s of course a different story. We are just trying to develop a strategy to recruit more expert and we want to use any rising opportunity.

 

But we will announce this to all WG Leaders soon anyway.

This reading of "restart" seems reasonable.  I was actually thinking of "resume", but perhaps "restart" with this meaning is better. 

As Steve suggested, we can do this in parallel, and discuss participation in the first call.
