Swedishsax just submitted a new post in OSLC forum

The title of the thread is:
RM: Requirement.identifier zero-or-one

The post can be found at:

Hi everybody,

In the Requirements Management spec, a Requirement has an exactly-one
title
but the identifier is zero-to-one.
This doesn't make sense to me - surely the identifier should be
exactly-one?

Am I missing something or is the spec in error?

Cheers,

/Uffe
