[oslc-rm] OSLC RM V2.0 Finalization

Hello all,

I'd like to move that we declare the RM V2.0 specification final at
Monday's meeting (4th April).  The outstanding issues have been resolved or
deferred.  The issue register has been stable for some time so I think we
are in a position to close V2.0.

I would like to ask Scott to publish the RM RDFS vocabulary [1] to the
"approved" location at http://open-services.net/oslc/rm/rm.rdf  (many
thanks Scott).
