[oslc-rm] QM/RM Vocabulary documents

Hi - as the QM and RM workgroups are about to call their V2 specs final, I
wanted to offer a quick reminder that part of that process should include
publishing the QM/RM namespace vocabulary documents (wiki/html and rdf
formats) [1]. These should be made available prior to or coincident with
the declaration of the spec as final. Thanks...Scott
