[oslc-rm] Mintues from bi-weekly call and action items

Work on the vocabulary page has progressed.  Please see [2] where the 
essence of the RM V2.0 vocabulary is captured in HTML;  this HTML document 
is generated from the RDFS schema, [3], which will be published to 
http://open-services.net/ns/rm.rdf.   All this in accordance with the OSLC 
naming guidelines which can be found at [4]. 

I would ask all workgroup members to review both [2] and [3]; when we 
consider it approved, I will ask Scott to publish rm.rdf on 
open-services.net.


Andy Berner has written up some thoughts on requirement organization these 
can be found at [5].  Please take a look at this document and email 
comments to the mailing list.  Simon has an action to write up on the 
topic of navigation around a requirement structure.  By the next meeting 
(7th March) I hope we will be able to see some progress on this topic.
