[oslc-rm] OSLC RM V2 Covenant - to be completed by all workgroup participants

Hello all,

Can I ask all RM participants to add their IP covenant declaration to the 
draft RM V2 specification.

The required declaration is the same as the RM V1 specification, so I hope 
this will not be an onerous request.
