[oslc-rm] Draft of OSLC Core specification

Hello all,
I wanted to draw your attention to a draft of the OSLC Core specification, 
starting to appear at [1].

There is a workgroup working on this document - please feel free to join 
that workgroup and/or comment on the draft, on the wiki.

This core specification will be the "base" for much of our future 
specification effort in RM (as well as the other domains).
