[oslc-rm] Identifying commonality is traceability scenarios

At the OSLC RM call on Friday, Dominic rightly pointed out that there is
some commonality between the scenarios at
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/RmTraceabilityScenarios, in the
sense that different scenarios may depend on the same enabling
capabilities.

 

I undertook to derive an initial assessment of these capabilities,
together with the mapping between capabilities and scenarios.  We have
now published this on the Wiki at
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/TraceabilityScenarioToCapabilityM
apping.
