[Oslc-recon] found some problems with the Reconciliation vocabulary page

1:  (wiki content) red Note has what I think is a wiki conversion artifact 
... [Performance Monitoring][1] workgroup   as text instead of a link to 
PM
2:  (wiki content) should not have a jazz.net license on open-services.net
3: (wiki content) the "HTML (this page) and as RDF. " link is circular (it 
goes to the HTML wiki page, not the RDFS file)
4:  (webmaster help needed)  GETing http://open-services.net/ns/crtv#  in 
FF+Poster with Accept: application/rdf+xml returns a 404 (surprising) and 
the HTML "you're in limbo" page (OK).
All requests in 4 were made with Cache-Control: no-cache (Poster)
