[Oslc-recon] clarify that reconcilable resource type is specified using rdf:type property

The reconciliation spec defines reconcilable resource types like
ComputerSystem. However, it doesn't clarify that this type must be included
and specified using the rdf:type property in RDF payloads. I think this
should be made explicit by some statement to that effect in the
introduction the "Resource Definitions" section.  Perhaps something like:
"The type of resource must be specified using the rdf:type predicate and
the URL value for the type (e.g.
http://open-services.net/ns/crtv#ComputerSystem)".
