[oslc-qm] Finalization of OSLC QM V2 specification

Hi all,

In last week's OSLC QM work group meeting[1] we reviewed the remaining
issues logged against the V2 spec and agreed that they had been resolved.
The last criteria for declaring the spec final is to provide RDF and HTML
documents that list the
namespaces and URIs introduced by our spec.  I plan to create these
documents and link them to our wiki page.   If there are any other
concerns, comments, or questions to discuss before we declare the V2 spec
as final then please let me know.
