[OSLC-QM] QM 1.0 Spec Review

As mentioned by Scott,  we are in the final stages of reviewing the OSLC QM
v1.0 draft specifications.   Please review and use this page to record any
issues you find:

Once the specs are finalized I'll start a wiki page for us to record our
patent non-assert statements, similar to the following:

Paul, you mentioned in our last call that you were seeking review and
comment on the current draft of the QM 1.0 spec. I started a wiki page (
http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/QmSpecificationIssueTracking ) to
capture issues/comments here. I've added some comments based on my latest
review of the QmRestApi document and hope to turn towards the other
documents now as well.

All, it would be a great help to Paul for you to document any comments you
have on the spec. Paul is looking to start the Convergence stage on the
26th, which will be for final polishing and gathering of the patent
non-assert statements from all participants in the workgroup.
